He brings with him over 38 years of experience in all aspects of the Mortgage business. He was the owner/operator of New England Capitol Mortgage Corp. (NECAP) located in Braintree, Massachusetts for 25 years. NECAP was one of the most successful Licensed Mortgage Lenders in MA in its day. Most recently he spent the last 10 years as the Vice President of Mortgage Operations in MA for a large regional Maine based Bank. Paul’s new Job as VP Branch Manager for Total Mortgage is based out of his same office building at 46 Church Street in Braintree. You can still reach Paul with all the same phone numbers he has kept all this time. Once again as the saying goes “only the name has changed”.
Paul is very excited about this new opportunity to bring an even better Mortgage experience to his extended family of over 10,000 clients that he has helped secure financing for over the years. Paul prides himself in being a true mortgage financial planner with advice that goes well beyond typical rate and payment quotes. Paul is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys high adventure trips as well as destination vacationing with his wife of 40 years, Donna. They currently reside in Foxboro, MA.
