This career change WAS terrifying, and I was asking myself the same question. It took a big leap out of my comfort zone of design work to embark on something I thought I knew nothing about.7+ years later, the connection is clear.

My natural ability to give honest advice with attention to detail that takes someone’s very personal needs/wants and transforms it into the best possible result. In this case A new home for a first-time homebuyer, or a refinance solution, or a plan to invest in real estate for a secure financial future.

Yes, it’s a different product. I am proud to say that it took lots of work to become an expert.

My favorite expression is “Function over Fashion” – It works in so many scenarios from designing a home to designing a plan for financing your home. The qualities I value and believe are the key to my success are:
