Chuck was, and is, the absolute best! Not only is Chuck extremely professional and knowledgeable, but also very personable. From day one, he was available 24/7 with any questions or concerns we may have had. He gave us great advice when we asked for it and advised us with solid information when he thought we could use it (and always did). We originally lost the first house that accepted our offer due to permit issues on their end; after 5 months of waiting, they eventually took it off the market; Chuck and his team were with us the entire time making sure we were ready for the next house. When the day came, we were ready and off to the races. Everything went smoothly before and at closing, thanks in huge part to Chuck and his team. I believe we wouldn't be in the position or dream home we now own if we didn't have Chuck and his team working with us. I will definitely be recommending Chuck to anyone and everyone I know who needs his services.
