Steve McFarlin began his career as a loan originator in 1993 with Hamilton Mortgage, quickly beoming the top producing originator and ultimately the sales manager in 2004. In 2006, Steve joined with Kerry Roskelly to form his own mortgage company, Phoenix Financial. After the retirement of his partner, Steve made the move to Total Mortgage in June 2014. Steve has closed over 2600 loans in his 21 year career and has always focused on loans for the self-employed borrower. He currently lives in Brookfield with his wife, Patricia, and his 2 daughters, Mikhaela and Victoria. He coaches girls soccer and basketball and is very active in his church community.
